Is it possible to change a module container at runtime and if so how?

Do you mean change it using custom code or do you just want to change the container so it looks different for all users.
If its the 2nd option make sure your useraccount has the right permissions. Then mouse over the "arrow" icon near the module title and choose "Settings" Scroll down to the page settings and you should see the drop down list for the Module container.  Select the container skin you want and choose update

Hi thanks for the reply I should have been more specific.  I want to change the module container using code. Is this possible.

I've been able to do some changes to the module using ModuleConfiguration.

I think that you might try using:

ModuleConfiguration.ContainerPath = "..."
ModuleConfiguration.ContainerSrc = "..."

You will have to experiment with the values in the quotes.  I'm still trying to figure out which one if any will cause the container not to display.
