I'm producing a new security roles module which based on the Security roles that are currently (by default) Admin. I'm basing my code found in the roles.ascx.vb file:

Dim formatString As String = NavigateURL(TabId, "User Roles", "RoleId=KEYFIELD")

The problem is I can't seem to use NavigateURL to navigate to the control key "User Role" in my module (the current default in Admin works great, of course). All I recieve is "You do not security permissions to view this page."

I know that "User Roles" is a control key and it calls securityroles.ascx in the Admin/Security folder, but why I can't get this NavigateURL to navigate to this control key if I place it in another module.

BTW, I was successful in enabling the other links.

Thanks
