Hi,

I have a dnn portal and a separate webapp. I would like to use my portal to give users (subscribers) right to use my webapp (eg. if a user registers on the portal, he/she can use his portal userid and passw to log in and use the webapp.) What's more when registering I need to collect some extra info from the user (like organization), that will be used in the webapp (granting different rights). I haven't created the login system for my webapp so I can choose something to ease the integration.

I tried to google on the issue, but haven't find the solution. Could you please write me down the basic steps to do this?

Thx!

W.

You might want to look at this for authentication and role management between DNN and external 2.0 apps:

Haven't tried it myself yet but I plan to.
