Reference problem with importing Modules

Working with DNN 4.3.4

Made my own module (in my own namespace, cache= 0), created private assembly, and imported/uploaded that in another website.
That was no problem, but code is now available.
So I published the original website, and in the assembly-zip file I changed the controls (.ascx) and codebehind (.vb) with the new ones in the precompiledWeb folder (DesktopModules/myModule and bin\App_Web_editMyModule.ascx.be47b54a.dll) and deleted the info classes (.vb).
The MyModule.dnn was also changed in that way.
Ofcourse there is now an error: cannot load the infoclasses/dataprovider.vb.
So I added the App_Code .dll in where these infoclassses are hidden (also in MyModule.dnn added).
But there is in App_Code.dll also a reference to DNN.Comon.Global.
There is now a conflict because there are 2 references.
Errormessage:

Parser Error Message: The type 'DotNetNuke.Common.Global' is ambiguous: it could come from assembly 'C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\Temporary ASP.NET Files\websitetest4\3dbc3c8b\399e77b9\App_Code.qdjwi-4l.DLL' or from assembly 'C:\Documents and Settings\Me\My Documents\Visual Studio 2005\WebSites\WebsiteTest4\bin\App_Code.DLL'. Please specify the assembly explicitly in the type name.

I cannot solve this because I cannot change dll’s, who are build by VS2005.
Surely, I cannot alter the dll’s from the unknown user of MyModule.

Who knows a solution?

Adding the App_global.asax.dll, also from the PrecompiledWeb folder, does not solve the problem

thats exactly what I've done, with the problem subscribed above
I'm thinking now about a possible different cause:
I've installed 4 different projects, all of them on a different SQL database, for testpurposes.
Is it possible that in some tempdirectories some different DotNetNuke.dll's with the same name exist?
