I have the following authentication model I need to develop and need help finding a specific section of code so I can override it:

Basically it is as follows:

DNN Form post -> Other Application (Authenicate/Set Cookie) -> redirect back to DNN -> Read Cookie, Allow access/Create Access.

I know this isn't ultra secure, etc, but the content isn't top secret either.

I created another membership provider successfully, but that seems too far down the chain to be of use.

So I know how to check for the cookie, and how to log the user in via my membership provider. I just don't know a good place to put this chunk of code, or the best model to use for placing it in the system.

All the examples I have seen are overridding the singin.ascx control, but this isn't of use to me since I don't even want there to be a form displayed in the first place. I just need a page that the other system can redirect to that I can work my magic on. Would this be a Skin Object placed onto a particular tab?

Thanks in advance.
