Hi,

I have two DNN installations. I want to export a page in one installation to the other installation. Ia this possible?

If yes, can you tell me the procedure...

  • create a template from source portal
  • edit template file with editor and remove all other pages
  • save template file as mytemplate.page.template in \Portals\_default\Templates of target portal installation
  • create new page using template created above.

But, I am a newbabe in DNN. I do not know how to cerate a DNN Template. I would appreciate if you give me the procedure to create the DNN template from the Source Portal and edit it. Also specify how to create the new pages using these templates.

I think, I asked a lot from you... :) But, please do let me know, or at least provide some URLs.
