Hi,

I was wondering what software/setup dnn module developers are using when working with multiple developers on the same project/module simultaneously?

Thanks in advance,

Rudgr

The short answer to your question is we use Visual Sourcesafe 2005.

I am sharing the development task on our local intranet site with one other developer. We are using DNN 4 with Visual Studio 2005 and Visual Source Safe 2005.

Our development environment has the DNN database located on a Dev Server and we obviously use our own computers as the 'app server.'

We don't co-develop modules; we work on different modules individually, so I can't help you there. Once everything is working on our Dev environment we just create a private assembly and install it on the live environment.
