I've created a free module that gives your portal integration with www.snap.com.

Simply register with with Snap and then add this module to the pages in your portal where you want Snap integration.

The module can be downloaded here.

I installed this on a dnn 4.4.0 install instance, and have this problem:

DotNetNuke.Services.Exceptions.ModuleLoadException: C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\Temporary ASP.NET Files\khzdemo\85bdb09d\92a661c2\App_Web_viewsnap.ascx.ef2db29f.jtglrutz.0.vb(53): error BC32206: Indirect reference is being made to assembly DotNetNuke version 4.4.0.39453, which contains 'DanielBartholomew.Modules.Snap.ViewSnap'. This Project references a prior version of DotNetNuke version 4.4.0.28454. To use 'DanielBartholomew.Modules.Snap.ViewSnap', you must replace the reference to DotNetNuke with version 4.4.0.39453 or higher. ---> System.Web.HttpCompileException:

Are you using the final release version of dnn 4.4.0 to compile this against??

I managed to get my hands on a 4.4.1 prerelease, and compiled it against that.

I'll fix it in a day or two so that it works properly. Sorry for the inconvenience.
