So the old urls will still work, and gradually search engines will update their indexes with the new Urls 2) images and other links are not affected. You can exclude particular pages from having the friendly urls generated. Most modules will continue to work unaffected. 3) Yes, the module consolidates all the duplicate privacy page references into a single /privacy.aspx 4) No, site should maintain the same performance as before, though this needs to be checked when you install.
