A new iteration release of SigmaPro 8.0 is now available in the BETA releases download folder from the My OnyakTech downloads page.  Details are listed below.

SigmaPro Web Service 8.0.07: This version contains new web methods to be used by Everest 2009 (version 8.0) for managing users, roles and sales orders.

SigmaPro 8.0.02: Majority of the changes are related to the new SigmaPro Task Grid.  Details about each new feature is listed below:

New web methods added to the SigmaPro Web Service to aid user management New
New web methods added to SigmaPro WS to obtain User Sales Orders New
New Outlook Tasks Add-In for SigmaPro New
Added ability to update the service rating without having to submit a comment New
Option to display the New Ticket screen by default New
New 2009 Task Grid with Skins, Grouping, Sorting and Filters New
Improved the behavior of custom task grid column display selection Fix
Color Code Task Row or Font Color based on Escalation, Completed Status and Standard. New
Ability to select multiple tasks at one time to perform an action. (Mark Complete or Delete) New
