Hi folks

Does anyone here have experience of Cutopia's Idea Exchange? It is billed as 4.5.1 and upward but the web site/documentation looks fairly incomplete.

Does anyone know of any other modules of the Get Satisfaction type out there for DotNetNuke?

There is something like this on Drupal.

Kind regards

Geoffrey

There's Ventrian Feedback module for customer product suggestions.

I use GetSatisfaction on PokerDIY - great for ideas and feedback and becoming a very recognisable convention.

$200 is a lot of money for the Cutopia module (it looks good though).

Hi Rodney

The Ventrian feedback module looks good. One question do users get multiple votes?

No, it runs off a cookie for anon users and the username for authenticated users.

It's not quite the same but works well for customer feedback - I wish Ventrian had more time to develop it (and make it more web 2.0ey ;)

Thanks for the clarification. It looks very neatly coded. I like the RSS features. I agree 2.0ey-ness is all it lacks. I will talk to my designer friends.

Kind regards

Geoffrey
