Engage: Tell-a-Friend gives your website visitors the ability to share links to your site with friends. This clean and elegant module is simple to implement and intuitive to use. Soon after implementing you'll apply it to all of your pages and wonder how you ever lived without Engage: Tell-a-Friend. The module can function as module on your page, a link to a modal pop-up or a skin object (DNN 5 only).

I tried the 1.2 and it works in other browsers except IE. In IE, when in modal setting, it popups as a tiny panel with no inputs visible. The only thing available is the X button to close. The only way it's working in IE is to have it as a module on a page which in my case doesn't work with the page layout. If I find a solution, I'll post it.

Lots of modules, and also items like the old FCK editor, have faulty modal overlays in IE9. Until they've all been fixed up you can run your site in IE8 compatibility mode.

Hi Ton,

I'm using it site-wide in my default.aspx, but you can also add it on a per-page basis through the individual page settings.

Or if you only needed it on NB Store pages, then you could put it in the pageheader.template

You might also find that it works when placed anywhere in your skin file, but I haven't checked this and it would not be compliant.. though that may not matter.

FYI, I'm using which keeps the browser in IE9 mode but emulates IE8 standards.
Regards
Rob
