OnyakTech Forms Builder
A Data Collection Module for DotNetNuke
by
OnyakTech

H2O is a very powerful Forms module for DotNetNuke that has been around for many years.  While many individuals find H2O fits their needs, others feel it is too complicated due to all of the advanced features (Teams, Security, Form Entry Comments, direct to Table data entry, pop-up windows, HTTP Posting, Work-Flow, etc).  H2O is a great module but when you just need to quickly setup a form with a few questions H2O can be a bit too much to deal with.  The next best option is the ReZults module that lets you setup a series of questions that can be compared to other entries.  But ReZults also has complex features like dynamically changing the next question based on the current questions answer, randomly generating a list of questions from specific categories, generating metrics for use as a Poll or Quiz, generating a document that contains custom content based on the answers and more.  So what if you just need to quickly setup a data entry form and have the results emailed to you? Shouldn't you just be able to design your data entry form easily and put it to use with just one click?  We think so and we know many of you also agree due to all of the feedback you have provided for H2O and ReZults.  That is why we have designed the new OnyakTech Forms Builder module for DotNetNuke.

OnyakTech Forms Builder has one primary goal of being extremely easy to use for those times when you need to create a data entry form quickly and with full creative design rights.

Step 1: Design your form!
