The module provides the original core UserAccount and Security Roles features. By placing it on any tab you can grant normal users the possibility to handle their portal users.

For security reasons nonadmin Users don't have the possibility to see or to edit admin user or to add user to the administrator group.

With this module you can allocate the right to administrate users to normal users, without authorize them to the administrator functions like Site Settings, File Manager, Recycle Bin, etc.

The Effority User&Roles Manager also provides a simple and very effective way to assign and remove users to/from roles. An administrator can  specify which roles can be managed by the module.

I tried and it does not work with dnn4.3.7. It's clearly said on their site "User&Roles Manager PA (DNN 3.3.x only)".
