We are using the DNN Store module. We find that if we try to edit a category or a product we get the message:

Site is studebakerfamily.org though the DNN Module-based store is not currently available to all users.

What must we do to correct this?

Does the error go away if you change the URL as shown below?

Change
studebakerfamily.org/StoreAdminNew/tabid/67/PageID/CategoryAdmin/CategoryID/1/PageIndex/0/Default.asp

To
studebakerfamily.org/StoreAdminNew/tabid/67/PageID/CategoryAdmin/CategoryID/1/PageIndex/1/Default.asp

If that fails try this
studebakerfamily.org/StoreAdminNew/tabid/67/PageID/CategoryAdmin/CategoryID/1/Default.asp

Let us know if one of the changes above allows you to connect without error.

The first substitution (studebakerfamily.org/StoreAdminNew/tabid/67/PageID/CategoryAdmin/CategoryID/1/PageIndex/1/Default.asp) does indeed open things up successfully. I see that that can be a work around for right now. Is there a change in the code that will be provided to automate that?

So, we can edit categories again now. I'll try it on products editing shortly.

Thanks for the quick and useful response!

Ron

I will look into the code and see what I can find.

Heya,

I'm having the same problem.  Changing the 'PageIndex/0/Default.aspx' to 'PageIndex/1/Default.aspx' in the URL worked for me to see the edit page, but I get an error when trying to apply the changes to the item.

Error is as follows:

A critical error has occurred.
Invalid CurrentPageIndex value. It must be >= 0 and < the PageCount.

Any work around for this? I'm just trying to make two items no longer archived.  If you can tell me the table in the database this value is stored in, I can just update it directly.  I haven't found the table thus far. :)

Thanks much!
