I've set up my store with my products, authorize.net gateway information, and my transactions are going through (emails going to store owner email address).  BUT - my visitors would never know it since after submitting their order since I get the following error:

A critical error has occurred.
Value cannot be null. Parameter name: format

Shouldn't there be some sort of confirmation page or email sent?  I'm used to PayPal. First time with Authorize.net.

HELP ME!
