Hi,

I'm wondering if the authorize.net payment gateway provider allows submittal of itemized order information as detailed on page 20 of the Advanced Integration Method guide:

http://www.authorize.net/support/AIM_...

If not would we just need to tweak it slightly for our needs or would we need to create a whole new provider?

It should be something that you can modify to fit your needs.  Typical integation does not provide an itemized transaction history to Authorize .NET

Hi,

The Authorize provider do not add items in the transaction simply because the customer do not leave your web site and he can access the order detail from the Store Account module. On the other hand, the PayPal provider include order detail because the customer is redirected to the PayPal web site and it's usefull to have the order detail in this case. In all cases, the Store admin can always access to the customer orders by his name, by status order and by order number. If you realy need order detail in the transaction, I could add this feature in a future version.

It would be so particularly appreciated that your messages begin with "Hello" and end with "Thank you" or any other form of politeness. Ask yourself what your reaction would be, if you were approached by me (a total stranger) on the street to ask you something without saying "Hello" nor "Thank you"? After several years of services dedicated to the community, I begin to be tired to read requests without any form of politeness.

Thanks for the replies Mitchel and Gilles. It would be great if that were an option in a future release. Also will anonymous checkout be coming in a future release as well? That is actually a greater need for us and I'm sure for many others ...

Hi,

The new version 02.01.32 add the order detail to the transaction now. Anonymous checkout is not planned yet but on my to do list. This require a lot of changes in the code.
