In Store configuration (v. 02.01.30), the drop-down list of pages from which you select the store Account page only shows pages that have "Include in menu" selected. It seems legitmate to not want to show the Account page in the menu. Should the list not show all pages?

Btw, as a workaround, you can make the page visible in the menu, configure the store and then remove it from the menu again. However, the value will be lost during any subsequent changes to the store config and you will need to repeat the process.

The new version 02.01.32 available at Codeplex now display also hidden pages and the text '(hidden!)" is added at the end.
