Zahi, there are so many possibilities to design the store module that it is usually assumed that the administrator will do it himself. But I see the point having an initial choice of various skins that might serve as examples. Unfortunately, we are still waiting for a volunteer to share his work. In the meantime, you might suggest here exemples of online store that you would take as example, and someone might send you a quote to do the design for Store at a reasonable price.

I don't remember exactly where....  maybe on SnowCovered... but i can't find it . i don't remember if it was free or by payment.

i search for good looking stores.  i fount on :
http://www.smashingmagazine.com/2009/...
i liked :
1. footwear
2. Computer Store
3. Electronics Store 3
4. Tool Shop

but i'm afraid i don't have much time to do it myself.
i'll try on my own time but i can't guarantee.
who is paying? :-)

Hi Zahi,

A DNN skin is used to 'decorate' your portal and not devoted to a specific module, while the templating system used in the Store module allow you to personalize the module content. The default Store template is very basic because I'm not a web desinger, but all templates are XHTML compliants and can be used as a base. Please download and read the templating guide at Codeplex for details. You can found several free skins for DNN on the Internet, some of them are available here submited at the last Skining Contest. Also I like the last 'proLogic' free skin offered by R2I Integrated. Of course, you can buy thousands commercial skins at Snowcovered.

We (team members) are Humans offering their knowledge, their work and their spare time FOR FREE to benefit the community. It would be so particularly appreciated that your messages begin with "Hello" and end with "Thank you" or any other form of politeness. Ask yourself what your reaction would be, if you were approached by me (a total stranger) on the street to ask you something without saying "Hello" nor "Thank you"? After several years of services dedicated to the community, I begin to be tired to read requests without any form of politeness.

Hi Gilles.
I know that skin is for whole portal (or page) , but for the store module (which you created - awesome work btw.) it is importat to see
the greate flexibility of it .
I mainly preferring to the design of StoreFront.css of the store templates that will produce the styles like the examples i gave before (on smashingmagazine site)
I think this is very important to show as a start  example of the skining abilities of  the store module.
The standard dnn skins won't show that i think.

btw, i also liked the 'proLogic' skin. :-)
