Hi,

I have installed store 02.01.47 RC Beta on a clean install of DNN 5.6 using the default DNN skins and have encountered a strange problem with the store admin module.  The module is on a separate page by itself and will show the store setup information when the page /storeadmin.aspx displays but none of the submenus (store info, orders, categories, products, reviews) will work when clicked - nothing shows at all except the menu items.  I have tried this under IE and firefox and get the same result.  I have checked the forum and can't find anyone else having this issue -- is this a simple setup issue that I have missed?  I have installed the latest product version of the store and it is working fine and did not encounter this issue. I would appreciate any help that you can give.  Thanks.

Don

Hi Don,

Thanks for report, but this one is already submitted and fixed! :-) I should release the next version tomorrow. I need test for install/uninstall with different DNN versions and prepare the source package before release.

We (team members) are Humans offering their knowledge, their work and their spare time FOR FREE to benefit the community. It would be so particularly appreciated that your messages begin with "Hello" and end with "Thank you" or any other form of politeness. Ask yourself what your reaction would be, if you were approached by me (a total stranger) on the street to ask you something without saying "Hello" nor "Thank you"? After several years of services dedicated to the community, I begin to be tired to read requests without any form of politeness.

Hi Giles,

Thanks for clarifying.  I am still learning my way around the forums and missed that post even though I searched for awhile looking for someone else who had the same issue.  Your responsiveness is amazing and much appreciated.  I look forward to the new release.

p.s. When do you decide to make a "stable" version of your releases?

Don

Hi Don,

You'r welcome! :-)

The current beta cycle started four months ago, I think it's now time to move to the last step. The next release will be qualified as "Stable" and submitted to the release tracker next week for official release.

FYI Gilles is written with 2 L, probably because I try to be an angel! :-) The letter "L" is prononced like the word "Aile" (Wing) in French.

Gilles,

Thanks for clarifying the name typo -- that's what I get for trying to wing it without my glasses.  Checking the logs, it looks like a lot of progress has been made since the last stable release.  You are carrying a heavy load.  How can the rest of us help ease your burden?

Don
