I created account with Authorize.net and got an API Login ID and Transaction key "Card Not Present Test Account". When I try to test I am getting the following error:

There has been an error processing this transaction. - Code : 13 The merchant API login ID is invalid or the account is inactive.

Do I need to acivate my test account? My Store setting are:

Transaction Post URL : https://secure.authorize.net/gateway/...

Version: 3.1

API Login ID:xxx

Transaction Key: xxx

Capture Type: Auth & Capture

Test Mode: Checked
