Hello -

I've installed Store_03.00.00_Install.zip When we go to the store admin page and try to drop the module on to that page, it just churns and then times out.

We're seeing several errors with the aspnetmembership provider. any ideas?

Hi,

The error message come from your membership provider, not from the Store module! Could you please give me more informations about 'ITTMembershipProvider'? Could you try with the default membership provider?

It would be so particularly appreciated that your messages begin with "Hello" and end with "Thank you" or any other form of politeness. Ask yourself what your reaction would be, if you were approached by me (a total stranger) on the street to ask you something without saying "Hello" nor "Thank you"? After several years of services dedicated to the community, I begin to be tired to read requests without any form of politeness.

Thanks for the quick reply. Sorry, I did modify the web.config to use the default membership provider and we're still seeing similar problems.

As far as I can tell, the username does not have any commas in it.

AssemblyVersion: 6.1.3

  DefaultDataProvider: DotNetNuke.Data.SqlDataProvider, DotNetNuke.SqlDataProvider

 ExceptionGUID: 0331e487-4806-4961-bfa7-b79768eef077

InnerException: The parameter 'username' must not contain commas. Parameter name: username

Method: System.Web.Util.SecUtility.CheckParameter

Message: System.ArgumentException: The parameter 'username' must not contain commas. Parameter name: username at System.Web.Util.SecUtility.CheckParameter(String& param, Boolean checkForNull, Boolean checkIfEmpty, Boolean checkForCommas, Int32 maxSize, String paramName) at System.Web.Security.Membership.GetUser(String username, Boolean userIsOnline) at System.Web.Security.Membership.GetUser(String username) at DotNetNuke.Security.Membership.AspNetMembershipProvider.GetMembershipUserCallBack(CacheItemArgs cacheItemArgs) at DotNetNuke.Common.Utilities.DataCache.GetCachedDataFromRuntimeCache(CacheItemArgs cacheItemArgs, CacheItemExpiredCallback

One other thing, this error is only thrown when I try to add the Store Admin module to a page.

Hi,

Could you provide me a copy of your website and of the database? I can't try to debug this kind of problem if I can't reproduce it.

If you can't provide me a copy, you could try to debug by yourself using the source version of the Store module.
