Not sure if I am overlooking a configuration or what, but I want to enable taxes and not have VAT display on category products. I see that the Include VAT config is in both cart and account modules settings but I do not have it checked in either place. Any help would be appreciated.

Verify if your templates use the right token. Read the Templating Guide available at Codeplex for details. Don't forget to read bellow!

We (team members) are Humans offering their knowledge, their work and their spare time FOR FREE to benefit the community. It would be so particularly appreciated that your messages begin with "Hello" and end with "Thank you" or any other form of politeness. Ask yourself what your reaction would be, if you were approached by me (a total stranger) on the street to ask you something without saying "Hello" nor "Thank you"? After several years of services dedicated to the community, I begin to be tired to read requests without any form of politeness.

Thanks for your response, Gilles! I am using the ProductList.htm (in Catalog Settings under Category Product Settings) which includes the [VATPRICE] token just as the ProductListFullInfo.htm does. However, I do not have Include VAT checked anywhere, but the VAT displays anyway with either template. The only way it doesn't display is if I remove the token from both templates.

This behavior is also true for both the ProductDetail.htm and ProductDetailFullInfo.htm templates (in Catalog Settings under Product Details Settings).

Hi Larry,

As you specified in your first post the 'Include VAT' settings exists only in the Store Mini Cart module and in the Store Account module, this is because in several European countries like UK and France, prices have to be specified tax included for B2C websites! Because, this two modules do not have templates, you have this setting to control how to display prices.

I specified in my first response that you have to read the Templating Guide, if you don't want to show prices VAT included in the catalog simply remove the corresponding tokens. Everything is explained in this guide to control which fields you want to display in the catalog.

Gilles
