I am using the DNN Store Module latest version. i want to customize shipping and address provider.for address provider : I want use a combo box for  Provinces and a combo box for Cities with provincial.

for Shipping Provider i have 3 method for Shipping that have different cost. 1.Normal transmittal 2. Special transmittal 3. Custom-made transmittal .In addition shipping cost based on Provinces is different and are three types: 1. Inter-provincial 2.
Neighboring provinces 3. Non-adjacent counties. An example is as follows.

in Normal transmittal if costumer is Inter-provincial cost is :xxx.if costumer is Neighboring provinces cost is yyyy.if costumer is Non-adjacent counties cost is zzzz.

in Special transmital.........

However, these conditions are incorporated into products with different weights.for example if weight between 0 to 250 gr cost deffer to 250-500 gr.

Without the module is easy to implement.But I'm beginner in DNN. and English writing to :-) . please give me a road-map to implement this Customization. thank you.
