What's New in this release?

Bugs corrected:

- Added a new transaction field required by the last version of the Authorize.Net payment provider.
- Corrected a bug related to the values used for the capture type of the Authorize.Net payment provider.
- Corrected the text of the resource lblShowNewProducts.Help.
- Updated SqlDataProvider file to correct a bug about coupon usage.

New Features:

 - Compatibility with Azure.
- Added a 'Suggest' button to the category and product edit forms to suggest the SEO name when this feature is enabled.
- Added the 'Free Shipping' feature at store level with minimum order amount and ability to restrict to selected countries.
- Added the 'On Paid Order' feature at store level to apply a role on paid order.
- Added the token IMAGERAWURL to render the image path without calling the thumbnail handler.

Enhancements:

- Cleaned the Authorize.Net payment provider of unused code.
