I would really like to be able to display a single product vs. the whole searchable catalog to the end user.  I am sure this can be done but if someone already knows how to do it, can you fill me in, please?  I have the documentation printed out and am heading upstairs to start going through it.  I really, really like what I am seeing so far.

Also, is it possible to restrict quantities of a product/disable the ability to update a quantity to anything other than the default value of 1?  Thanks!

I found a hacky way to do display one category or one product. Still looking at the data to see if I can find a more stable way to do it using a module.

Meanwhile, still trying to find a way to prevent someone from increasing the quantity above one.
