I'm looking for an accurate description of what happens when a user purchases an item from the store. I've set up a test site with the store, and if I create a user account and go through checking out a product it all goes well, but I don't want to actually pay in paypal so I can't go any further. As far as I can see I've received no e-mail. When an order is put through does the site e-mail me? is it the admin account's e-mail address? Does paypal send an e-mail? and if only paypal sending an e-mail how do I know which product has been bought, since presumably paypal would only say "so&so paid $x.xx"

Also where can I review orders, is it only in the "customers" section of the store admin module? no orders seem to be coming up there, is there a page that lists the pending orders?

I am in the same situation you are.  I have set the store up, created a product. Check out goes well, but I have not received any emails and cannot figure out where to check for pending orders.  I am using Authorize.net account in test mode.

Where do you review the orders?  The 'details' link does not go anywhere right now.

Chas
