Is this error anything to worry about? Fresh install into a DNN 4.3.3.

Is it possible that a second request was made to the site before it was completely installed properly?

I have not been able to reproduce this one.

No I only clicked once to upload the module. My portal is 4.3.3, an upgrade from 3.2.2. There are a few bugs I'm working out after upgrading, so it could be related. A lot of modules gave me a few install errors when uploading too, but they all seem to work ok. The store seems to work too.

Did you ever resolve this issue?

I had the same problem today and found that the store categories module was interfering with the Efficion Consulting categories module.  I removed the later and the install worked without error.

Never really looked into it since I don't really use it. I believe I did have that categories module installed. Good to know!
