i need to set Fallback Skin Doctype to XHTML 1.0 translation
but when i choose it and click update, it seemes to didnt update this option i mean its re-set it to the default (HTML 4)

how i can fix that?

A work around is to just add the doctype.xml file for your skins so you don't have to worry about the fallback.

If I recall correctly (I could be wrong) I think the doctype setting actually saves, but for some reason it isn't loading properly when you load the host settings page.
