I am able to just click Synchronize Files with Recursive checked or not on all childportals and portals with the exception of one.

The website is working fine for the users, we cannot add pictures in one of the modules, the module is present on several page, and is also used on several portals working fine.

help and direction is greatly appreciated, this is the error that logs:
