I recently got a new computer with Windows Vista Business on it.  Everything seems to be working great but for some reason I am not able to see the Rich Text Editor.  All I get is the basic text box and HTML code.  I can switch between the two but I get the same results.  This is viewing a DNN version 3.2.0.

What am I missing on this PC so that I can see the full Rich Text Editor menu?

It has to be a setting in IE7 because I can see the editor and menu when I view it through FireFox 2.0...

I'll try a few things and keep this thread updated...
