Every since the update to 4.4.1 we have been having issues with links on the site, mainly pdf links. When a user tries to open a pdf it basically loads the pdf information but never opens the file. The user has to go to reader and open it manually and it will show up immediately.

I believe during the update they fixed the issue with having to Open or Save. When it was doing that it worked fine but now it doesn't.

I've been having the same problem: any PDF link created with a links module will open a new window, start up Acrobat, and then nothing happens. Other people at my office report that DNN will open another browser window, and then Acrobat starts up in *another* window.

One fix that seems to work is to link up the PDFs in an HTML/Text module instead of a links module. DNN links modules don't seem to like PDFs.
