When performing a search (which works) the results I get don't change for awhile.  Not really sure where these results are being cached but they are.  If I turn around and perform another search I get the same results as the first.  If I open up another browser on another computer I get the same results as the first search on the first computer.

If I wait awhile and perform another search I'll get good results which will stick for awhile.  If the search results have multiple pages all pages after 1 have the same info. as page one.  It's like it never changes.

I've verified Module caching for both search input and results are 0.  Also disabled host/server caching and it didn't resolve the issue.  Something very weird is if I click edit on the search results pages I can actually edit the last results returned.  This might be by design but still thought it was odd.   Also clearing the client side (browser) cache doesn't fix the issue.  It's something internal to DNN.

This stuff has to be getting cached and not refreshed somewhere but where?????

Running the latest release with everything updated.

This issue is really kicking my butt.   I've gone over everything I can imagine that would cause this issue.  The indexer is working correctly from the looks of the database table.  The search returns the correct results but they just never change.  Even after another search until some odd time has passed.

Could someone provide even a direction I might should start looking for the issue because I am currently at a loss and this is really a deal breaker for getting this site live.

Thanks...

Hi Descolada
There is a wealth of information on DNN search at Ecktwo's site.
 http://www.innovatasites.com/ecktwo/tabid/1263/Default.aspx
Also a very useful free module that lets you choose which page elements the search is done on.
 Hope this helps.

I'm having this same problem.  The search results never change after the first set!

Did you find anything related to this problem in the link Betacam provided?  I did some digging on that site but didn't come up with anything.

There is really no problem here.  Simply wait for the scheduled reindexing to take place or else go to search admin and reindex it your self.
