Well you could do this a few ways...

First you would need to get a module that would handle the name/address entry and e-mail, which isn't all that hard.  You could then create a page to hold the module and set it as the splash page so it would be displayed to the user right away.

Then you could create your content within the site and ensure that it is all restricted to "Registered Users" only.

You could then either A, have the module create a unique user account for the individual, or you could have one common account that they would use to login.
