I am looking for a module that can use of a Boy Scout site.  It would be use for people to enter what merit badges there scouts will be taking when they come to camp on a particular week. 

Here a few things I am hoping it would do:

1)  Allow a user to pick what week it would be for (it could be a date filed or a drop-down of preset selections)
2)  Show a list of available merit badges and times available and let the user tell how many would taking it (this list would need to be defined each year)
3)  Behind the scenes it would need to be available for an admin to export.
4)  Let the user that entered it see (but not edit) existing requests.  This way they can see there numbers but if there was any additions it would be in a separate request.
5)  Maybe have it email the completed list to the user.

I don't know if there is any module out there that will do it already but I was just hoping. 

Does anyone know of a module that will do this?
