Hi Guys
one of my users has locked themself out of their portal how long before it resets itself or can i do it

you can login as the host or admin user and go to admin->user accounts, click the pencil icon beside the user and click 'authorise user'. You can control the lockout settings by going to host->host settings , expand advance settings->others settings and set 'auto-unlock accounts after minutes' to your required setting.

That's what i thought but it's the site administrator that has managed to lock themself out of the site timeout is set to 10 mins user is ticked to authorise

Managed to sort the problem
needed to add new administrator, remove existing administrator from being site administrator
could then unlock account, then reinstate them as site admin
cheers
