Hi there!
I'm a very good fun of DNN. I'm using it for years. I also created two live DNN portals except my own web site. I have many problems though. Sometimes I think that DNN bugs in critical and common aspects of the framework will never go away. Every time I update to a new version, expecting for some bugs to have been corrected, I find other problems. Currently I have the following 3:
  1. I get an 'Object reference not set to an instance of an object' when saving Site Properties
  2. Text is lost after updating an HTML module content (tried both with FTB and FKC editors)
  3. Cannot add a new module. I select the type of module, type title, select where to add it and when I click add, the page is refreshed, the module is not added and Pane combo box is empty
The question: Is there a way to search for errors in my database and file system?

Please help me somehow! I'm starting to become very frustrated with DNN!
Thanks in advance!

Now that I think again... here are two more:
  4. Search does not work
  5. When I select a skin in the Admin>Skins page I get this result.

which version of dnn are you using?

my experience is that if you have this much problems that it's just too risky to continue with the current installation, migrate to a clean one which doesn't have the issues your talking about rather then solving the issues....
