I just love how the Solutions Explorer module looks and works. I understand it feeds of RSS feeds. It would be really nice if there was the same thing, but working with the html content (kind of like the separate html module inside every tab).

Yes, it is really nice and I agree with the original poster that it would be even better if it were a real module.

The way I understood things is that they were talking about making all the admin modules into real modules.  
It would have been nice if this one had started out that way.

It shouldn't be too hard to extract it out though.

I'm confused ..  ( not that Iiked this in the first place )    Solutions Explorer is now gone and replace by an Upgrade Available?   which seems to do nothing....
