4.5 Roles - no trials / fees

Does anyone have inside information... Roles do not have trials and you cannot setup fees for any roles.

Was this intentional.. without warning.

A bug.... with a goal to get fixed?

I installed a fresh version of 4.5 and also do not see where to configure fees etc per role. It used to be under advanced settings and is no longer there. I have several sites. When using 4.4.1 I see the options to configure as shown below. This is not showing in my 4.5 install.

This is what I see in 4.4.1

In this section, you can set up more advanced settings for this role.
Service Fee: Enter the Fee charged for users in this role.
Billing Period (Every): These two fields are used in conjunction to enter a Billing Period. e.g 2 weeks, or 1 month
Trial Fee: Enter the trial fee charged for users in this role
Trial Period (Every): These two fields are used in conjunction to enter a Trial Period. e.g 2 weeks, or 1 month
RSVP Code: Enter an RSVP Code for the role. This code can be used to provide a fast method for users to subscribe to one or more roles.
Icon:

This is all I see under advanced setting is 4.5

In this section, you can set up more advanced settings for this role.

Upload New File

Update Cancel Delete Manage Users in this Role

This is becasue you do not have a payment processor defined in the site settings.

Nope.. it is there... and considering everything worked in 4.4.1 I dont think it is settings.. but I verified them anyhow.

I've reported various role issues.. but this one obvioulsy overrides everything because it is missing.

4.4.1 to 4.5 upgrade fyi...
