I have a DNN 4.5 installation and it takes forever to load the "Admin" -> Pages menu item or to get the "Add Page" display to come up.

I have been able to get it to display every time but other administrators on my sites have reported being kicked out of the system during this process.

Has anyone else experienced this??

I am having similar problems. Take forever refresh the page after load a module (Module definitions), or just go to the admin tabs...the system became faster is I logoff. So the admin tools weight a lot!. However my website is in a Host environment, so ... not too much resources for me.

Cheers,

Alfonso

AFAIR this has been improved in DNN 4.7.0, which version are you running?

Hi everyone,

Has anyone tried running the profiler while attempting to add a page?  I've seen several people with similar problems lately, and it would be nice to know if it's a database or ASP.NET issue.
