I'm looking at moving to ActiveForums from phpBB.  Has anyone else done this and is there an automated way to move the existing content from phpBB to AF?  The ad on Snowcovered mentions conversion, but it isn't clear if the phpBB conversion is included or costs extra.

Repeated attempts to get this answered by ActiveModules (over the last 7 months) have been completely ignored, so I'm also wondering about how good the support is?

No comments on Active Forums support?  Since my original post I've made repeated attempts to get an answer to the claim of support to move from phpBB, all have been ignored.  Is there anyone here that has made the conversion from phpBB, and if so, can you tell me what is involved?

I think that your best option to get help could be the forums at the module developer. I know that hi gives good support. Maybe he has some scripts or  links about where you can start.
