Hello everyone, i`m new in the world of dnn and i´m looking for a real good tutorial about how to make ascx files ( c# or vb) when i want to do a new skin, some rules....something i can learn easily.many  thanks

You can edit the .ascx files using visual studio or you can even use notepad.  If you are not familiar with .ascx files you might want to look at building your skin in html and using the tokens.

The skinning guide that is contained within the DNN documentation should give you a good place to start.

Hi Mitchel, thanks for answer me. i have to tell you i have to learn how to make ascx files for skinning by with visual studio....i forgot to write this. can you tell me all the ways i can do an ascx file? thanks and sorry for my english.
