I'm a DotNetNuke beginner, so I can't understand DotNetNuke database description.
Could you give me any document, please!.

there is winhelp-style DNN Db reference and ERD available at the project documents page, is this what you are looking for?

is there any mapping document between ui (sites, such as admin site setting, and modules) and database?

Short answer: yes - but it is called "Source Code" ;-)

Documentation voluteers appreciated :-D
