Is there a such thing as a core user account module? I want to add the profile manager to a tab but I can't find a module to put on there.

It's because of your module set-up advice that I am looking for this User Account module, but again I have to ask, where can I find it? there is no module in my list of modules or at the bottom of my host>module definitions tab where you can see a list of all core modules and select them for installation. nor can I find it in google search. If have a copy could you send it?
