I cant compile my 4.5.3 upgrade (from 4.5.1)

 RSS.aspx.vb is missing ...  yet I dont see rss.aspx in 4.5.1 or 4.5.3

Is this leftover or something??

but it is in one of the older versions .. at the root (somehow)..  its on my website after a few upgrades

upgrades should clean up these files if they are not needed ...

it references a codebehind...  so it wont compile with it there ..  and just deleting files is not something I want to do..

I guess it isn't needed or shouldnt be at the root level then...

I get this error when I try to syndicate content from my portal:

Parser Error
Description: An error occurred during the parsing of a resource required to service this request. Please review the following specific parse error details and modify your source file appropriately.

Parser Error Message: The file '/RSS.aspx.vb' does not exist

It looks like like its related to the same problem. Do you have any solution of the problem?
