Server Error in '/' Application.

It appears that the error might be related to 1 of two things.

1.  Invalid characters in file names?
2.  The ASP.NET process not having the proper permissions to access the DNN directory.

Are you using a non english language?

i find a file  Permissions problem.

/bin/HHDNews.xml

when i published a news,the file need reply auth read/write Permissions
