I am looking for a module to use on our DNN website for our owner's association. Here is what I need for it to do.

1. It will be used to gain/maintain demographic information about all of our association members. ( Most don't use the website."

2. Name, address, phone, email address of each.

3. This module will allow board members to update a change of demographic information on a member.

4. Module will email all board members when someone updates this information.

5. This module will can sync to Outlook.

Does anyone have any ideas if a module like this exists?

With everything but 5 I was thinking along the line of the UCanUse user module and add each member as a site user.

With syncing to Outlook I think you might have to create an Outlook extension of some sort that can access the DNN site.

A workaround would be create a page on the DNN site that shows the members. Then in Outlook create a new folder and set the folders home page to the DNN page you created. Finally select the option "Show home page by default for this folder".  Then when a user goes to this folder it will access the web site.  You might have to use the 'remember me' feature for logins to smooth things out.

I like WEBPC's workaround for the Outlook - the remember me won't work though.

With regards to a module to do this I think it depends on whether all of the members are going to be website users. If so the UCanUse module might be the way to go. If not Xmod will do all of the things (except Outlook) you listed plus once you purchase it you can use it to build many other modules as well.
