Is it possible to provide an HTML link directly to a modules settings page?

Thanks...

never mind.  I found it was a consistent URL and just need to replace tabid and moduleID in the URL.

Separate question though...   I have an older module and for some reason when I select "Settings"  for any instance of this module on the portal the settings window never comes up.   It is always a blank page (admin skin).   Does anyone have any ideas why it would do this?   { DNN 3.3.5 }
