Okay, I set up this dnn site and it is physically located here:  http://ccrs.charsoft.com
Then, the client purchased a domain named CelebrationCenter.org, and I set it up so that the domain name points to the folder where the above site is installed.  Somehow, though, if you go to CelebrationCenter.org, you only see part of the site... the rest of it is missing!!  None of the modules are there and only the banner and menu are rendering.

Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

Correction... I now have it pointing to the RIGHT directory... but I want the URL to say "celebrationcenter.org" instead of the "ccrs.charsoft.com".

How to accomplish this?

In order for DNN to answer on a particular url, it must be added as a Portal Alias.  You can find instructions for doing that here:

http://www.dotnetnuke.com/Resources/Documentation/DotNetNukeOnlineHelp/tabid/787/TID/1393/cid/112/Default.aspx

You must be logged in as a host user to add/modify/delete a portal alias.  But any site can answer on any number of domain names.
