I decided to go with Refresh which isn't too different from Replay. I also decided to go with turning off the friendly URL for now. I see your point about SEO but this customer is dealing with a fixed known membership and group of employers. Perusal of their site by the general public isn’t that important. So at this point I am going to live with turning off friendly URLs. For the future I’ll need to address this issue. I am going to take the approach (initially anyway) that the Flash photo gallery or any Flash component for that matter should be able to operate on a site that uses URL rewrite. As you pointed out it isn’t uncommon. We will either debug the one we have which was purchased, get the vendor to fix it, build another one, or look for another more robust one to buy. I am not a guru with Flash ActionScript but I do have an idea where this module is going awry. It is just aesthetically more pleasing to have all components operate properly within the environment rather than have to tweak external stuff to make them work.
